Enjoy deliciously tender and juicy slow-cooked ribs with just a few simple steps

Make sure you gather all your tools and ingredients before you start - you don't want to be scrambling mid-recipe to find something you forget!

You Will Need

  • Slow cooker (at least 5 qt)
  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Mixing spoon
  • Measuring cups and spoons
  • Ingredients

  • 3 lbs baby back pork ribs
  • 1 bottle (approx. 2 cups) of your favorite barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 3 tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper

  • Instructions

      1. Combine barbecue sauce, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, chili powder, and oregano in bowl and mix well.

         

      2. Season the ribs with salt and pepper and place in the slow cooker. Pour sauce evenly over ribs and cook for 3-4 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low.

         

      3. Spoon sauce from the bottom over the slow cooker over the ribs and serve hot!
