You Will Need

  • Air fryer, medium sized or larger (at least 2.5 qt)
  • 3 medium mixing bowls
  • Large ziplock bag (optional)
  • Mixing spoon
  • Fork or whisk
  • Measuring spoons and cups
  • Ingredients

  • 3 cups small cauliflower florets
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup panko crumbs
  • Cooking oil spray

  • Instructions

    1. Using a fork or whisk, mix together oil, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Add cauliflower florets and stir until evenly coated.

    2. Beat the eggs in a second mixing bowl. Place the panko crumbs in a third mixing bowl or ziplock bag. Toss the cauliflower florets a few at a time in the beaten egg and then the panko crumbs and gently press crumbs into the cauliflower to adhere as much as possible.

    3. Arrange the breaded cauliflower florets in a single layer in the air fryer basket and spray evenly with cooking oil.

    4. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and cauliflower is tender. Serve immediately with your favourite dipping sauce.
